Ok, so if you followed Ron Paul's promotional video tips on how to promote him in the first part you got your video clips but you want to make your own. You can edit video clips and put music on it and use all sorts of effects by using a program such as camtasia. There is a way to get Camtasia 3 for free (link comming soon).
You can easily just open up Camtasia 3 studio and take the AVI video file that you created using the methods in How to promote Ron Paul through video part 1.
Now open up any music that you have. If you want a particular song you can just buy itunes songs for $1 or so.
Simply drag the media clip down to the bar to edit it. Now you can "split" the clip by clicking on the top of the media bar. Then you can press the "split" button. This will break the clip up into 2 parts. You now can click on the edge to trim up the video, or lengthen it. You can goto the audio editor to mute the current video audio so you can replace it with your music. Compile videos together by cutting and trimming and that should be enough for the basics of it...
